The intern will assist with document scanning, filing, data entry, data disaggregation, and case management documentation to ensure data quality, accessibility, and compliance with organizational standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDocumentation and Records Management\n\nIdentify and organize recorded program documents and data records.\n\nScan, archive, and maintain electronic copies of case files.\n\nEnsure proper filing of both physical and electronic records.\n\nTrack and identify files that have been stored for extended periods and require review, archiving, or disposal according to organizational procedures.\n\nSupport document retrieval and verification when requested.\n\nData Management\n\nEnter program data into designated databases, spreadsheets, or information management systems.\n\nReview records for completeness and accuracy before data entry.\n\nDisaggregate and compile filed data based on specific requests, including by location, gender, age, activity, or other required categories.\n\nAssist in updating and maintaining data tracking tools.\n\nSupport routine data cleaning and validation exercises.\n\nCase Management Support\n\nAssist in organizing and maintaining case files and related documentation.\n\nSupport the filing, tracking, and updating of case management records.\n\nEnsure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.\n\nPrepare documents and records required for reporting and follow-up activities.\n\nGeneral MEAL Support\n\nSupport the preparation of routine reports and summaries.\n\nPerform other related duties assigned by the supervisor.\n\nEssential Requirements\n\nBachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field.\n\nGraduated in 2025/2026.\n\nBasic knowledge of data management and record-keeping.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook or equivalent applications.\n\nAbility to organize and manage documents systematically.\n\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\n\nStrong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.\n\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.\n\nWillingness to learn, accept feedback, and work collaboratively.\n\nDemonstrated integrity, professionalism, and respect for diversity.\n\nDesirable Requirements\n\nPrevious internship or volunteer experience in data entry, documentation, filing, or administrative support.\n\nFamiliarity with electronic filing systems and spreadsheet-based record-keeping.\n\nBasic understanding of MEAL concepts and humanitarian/development programs.\n\nInterest in the humanitarian or non-governmental organization sector.\n\nSafeguarding, Confidentiality and Ethical Standards\n\nThe intern is required to comply with all applicable Hope for Justice policies, including safeguarding, PSEA, the code of conduct, data protection, confidentiality, anti-fraud, and anti-corruption requirements.\n\nProtect confidential staff, candidate, supplier, and organizational information.\n\nAccess personal or sensitive records only when authorized and necessary for assigned duties.\n\nRefrain from sharing organizational information with unauthorized persons.\n\nMaintain professional boundaries and treat all individuals with dignity and respect.\n\nReport safeguarding concerns and suspected misconduct through established reporting channels.\n\nAvoid actual, potential, or perceived conflicts of interest and disclose concerns in
