This role leads our street outreach team, builds and maintains relationships with community partners, and holds the agency accountable to its stakeholder engagement commitments at every level. The Coordinator serves as the hub between field staff, program leadership, and our partners, making sure outreach is coordinated, documented, and aligned with HopeSource's engagement strategy.\nResponsibilities\nStreet Outreach Coordination (~35%)\nSupervise, schedule, and support Street Outreach Specialists serving Kittitas, Chelan/Douglas, and Grant/Adams counties\nMaintain a calendar of outreach activities, including street outreach, community events, workshops, appearances, and other communication opportunities\nCoordinate outreach coverage, routes, and priorities across the service area, including targeted outreach for specific individuals and/or locations as required\nEngage directly in client outreach as needed in accordance with the outreach calendar\nCollaborate with Client Advocate(s) and Care Navigation around our highest-barrier clients to ensure smooth handoffs from outreach to services\nProvide day-to-day guidance, problem-solving, and case consultation to field staff\nEnsure timely and accurate records and reports of outreach efforts within HMIS and the coordinated entry system\nCommunity Partner Connections (~30%)\nBuild relationships and partner with residents, local agencies, elected officials, and community stakeholders\nBuild and sustain strong working relationships with existing collaborative partners and cultivate new ones\nMaintain the Community Partner Matrix, a database of community partners with contact details for individuals at various levels in each organization\nServe as liaison to community groups identified by leadership and/or the work plan\nWork with like-minded community groups to identify and prioritize community issues\nAlign efforts with relevant Program Manager(s) to support coordinated care for mutual clients\nStakeholder Engagement Accountability (~25%)\nTrack stakeholder engagement commitments assigned to staff at all levels, including Managers, Directors, and Executive leadership\nConduct regular check-ins with assigned staff on progress and follow up on lapsed commitments\nReview engagement activities against the agency's Stakeholder Engagement Plan\nReport results, trends, and gaps to EMT and EM2 so leadership can take corrective action and keep strategy aligned\nReporting & Continuous Improvement (~10%)\nPrepare regular reports on outreach and engagement activity for leadership and funders\nContribute to development and upkeep of the agency's Outreach & Stakeholder Engagement SOP\nSupport grant reporting and compliance requirements related to outreach funding\nMinimum Requirements\n2+ years of experience in outreach, community engagement, case management, or human services\nExperience coordinating or supervising staff or volunteers\nValid WA driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurability\nAcceptable criminal history report\nReliable and punctual\nPresent a professional image as a representative of HopeSource\nMaintain a high degree of confidentiality relative to work performed\nEstablish and maintain effective professional working relationships with co-workers, management, partner agencies, and the community\nComfortable holding others, including senior leaders, accountable to commitments\nAbility to work with low-income populations with respect and compassion\nDemonstrated ability to build successful collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, from local, county, and state government and elected officials to service providers, healthcare, law enforcement, faith communities, and community members, as well as co-workers and management.\nEffective communication skills and a professional attitude\nAbility to work independently, prioritize work, and manage multiple priorities on deadline\nSchedule flexibility: evenings, early mornings, and weekends may be required for community meetings, events, or outreach needs\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in social work, human services, public administration, or related field\nExperience working with people experiencing homelessness or housing instability\nFamiliarity with HMIS, coordinated entry, or similar data systems\nKnowledge of Central Washington community resources\nTraining in trauma-informed care, harm reduction, or Housing First principles\nCASTLE Values\nLead by example and develop staff in the
