Daily tasks include checking participants in and out of their visits, scheduling follow-up or acute appointments in the clinic, and calling both participants and outside providers to confirm appointments. The Support Specialist is the primary person on the phone call tree for all incoming calls and directs/transfers those calls within the program as needed.\nWhat is PACE?\nPACE or Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly is a federal and state funded program that provides comprehensive, coordinated, and proactive whole-person care to help maintain and improve seniors' health so they can live safely in their homes. There are 180 PACE programs, serving more than 80,700 participants in 33 states.\nMinimum Qualifications\n· High school diploma or equivalent required.\n· Minimum of one (1) year administrative support, healthcare, or related experience required.\n· Valid Colorado driver's license, adequate automobile insurance, and unlimited access to reliable transportation maintained throughout employment.\n· Experience with audits, accreditation, or regulatory environments is a plus.\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities\nKnowledge of administrative support functions, healthcare office operations, and confidentiality requirements, including HIPAA.\nStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to provide professional customer service to patients, families, staff, and community partners.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, electronic medical record (EMR) systems, and office technology, with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.\nStrong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.\nDemonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, scheduling, data entry, and administrative processes.\nAbility to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, solve routine problems, and work independently while collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams.\nAbility to adapt to changing priorities while consistently demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and HopeWest's mission and values.\nWhy Join Us?\n· Pay range starting at $18.07-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience.\n· Meaningful work that supports quality care.\n· Collaborative and mission-driven culture.\n· Opportunities for professional growth and development.\n· UMR health, Delta Dental, VSP Vision insurance effective the month following a start date.\n· Immediately begin accruing PTO and medical leave.\n· Colorado Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI) program.\n· Up to 3% match on 403B Retirement.\n· Employer paid life insurance and Employee Assistance Program\n· The opportunity to make a positive impact on patients, families, employees, and the community.\nTogether, through creativity, volunteerism, and philanthropy we change the experiences of aging, illness, and grief -
