What you will be doing
你將有機會深入參與人資招募與組織行政運作的日常，從招募流程到公司文化活動，實際參與並協助推動專案：
人資招募面向
- 執行招募流程：履歷搜尋與篩選、電話聯繫與初步訪談、面試邀約與安排、面試當日接待。與用人主管合作，協助釐清職缺需求與招募條件
- 雇主品牌專案：包含社群內容撰寫與規劃、校園與外部招募活動支援、新招募管道的開發與合作接洽
行政營運面向
- 日常行政庶務支援：訪客接待、郵件與快遞管理、員工資料整理與更新、入離職流程協助等
- 協助辦理公司內部活動（大型如尾牙、小型如節慶活動）
職務需求
Who we are looking for
- 可穩定實習至少半年，每週配合 3 天以上
- 對人資領域（招募、行政、企業文化等）有高度興趣
- 細心負責，具備良好的時間管理與多工處理能力
- 主動積極、樂於學習，願意嘗試不同挑戰
- 熟悉基本辦公軟體（Excel、Google Workspace 等）
加分條件
- 有經營社群媒體或活動企劃經驗者尤佳
- 具備基礎資料處理、數據分析能力
