In the past three years, the Company has positioned itself for substantial growth and has over $90M in active projects in the development pipeline.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\nEnter invoices and job cost expenses into the system accurately\nScan and upload checks, invoices, and supporting documents\nAssist with processing payments to vendors\nHelp apply customer payments to accounts\nReview invoices for basic accuracy (amounts, dates, vendor info)\nOrganize and maintain financial records and files\nSupport the team with simple reporting and data entry tasks\nAssist with general administrative and accounting support as needed\nPerform other related duties as assigned\nDIRECT SUPERVISER:\nThis position reports to the Corporate Controller and will work alongside other accountants and office administrators.\nEDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS:\nAn associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, with a minimum of two years’ experience preferred, but not required.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office applications\nKnowledge of, or ability to learn NetSuite\nWorking knowledge of real estate related contracts, construction accounting, and transaction procedures common in the industry preferred, but not required\nPersonal traits of a high-level of commitment, motivation, energy, team orientation, professionalism, trust, personal honesty and integrity, and a demonstration of placing others in a place of high value.\nAbility to communicate professionally in various forms with customers, associates and the general public, and ability to contribute to a strong team
