For more information on Horizon’s full portfolio of organic dairy products, visit Horizon.com.\nAbout the Job:\nWe are currently looking to hire an Analyst, Inventory Control within our Supply Chain Department!\nThe Analyst, Inventory Control associate supports inventory accuracy, inventory governance, and transaction integrity across co-manufacturing locations and third-party warehouses. This role partners with Supply Chain, Customer Solutions, Finance, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure accurate inventory records, resolve inventory discrepancies, and drive continuous improvement across inventory management processes.\nThis is a hybrid position with an expectation of 3 days per week on-site in Broomfield, CO.\nThis role may be responsible for, but not limited to:\nMonitor inventory and overage, shortage, and damage performance metrics across assigned locations.\nDevelop, track, and report inventory control key performance indicators.\nIdentify, initiate, and manage process improvement opportunities that improve inventory accuracy and operational performance.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to resolve inventory-related issues.\nSupport implementation of new processes, technologies, and system enhancements that improve inventory visibility and control.\nCreate and maintain standard operating procedures, job aids, and process documentation.\nManage IDOC processing and resolve transaction errors impacting inventory integrity.\nEnsure inventory consistency across ERP, warehouse management, and inventory systems.\nConduct inventory reconciliations and systematic stock comparisons.\nIdentify and resolve inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis and corrective actions.\nReview inventory locations and transaction activity to ensure data accuracy and compliance.\nSupport resolution of overage, shortage, and damage deductions and credits.\nFacilitate master data reviews and coordinate updates across relevant business functions.\nUtilize business analytics tools to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.\nParticipate in projects focused on inventory optimization, process transformation, and systems improvements.\nEnsure compliance with internal control requirements and transaction processing standards.\nSupport business continuity and coverage activities as required.\nThe base compensation range for this position is $75,000 - $83,000 commensurate with experience.\nAbout You:\nEducation and Experience:\nAssociate's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Control, Logistics, Order-to-Cash, or related business functions.\nIntermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.\nExperience utilizing business metrics and KPIs to identify operational improvements.\nExperience making recommendations that support process improvements and operational effectiveness.\nStrong communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nStrong understanding of inventory control, supply chain operations, and transaction management.\nExperience analyzing business metrics and inventory performance data.\nStrong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.\nAbility to identify process improvement opportunities and drive corrective actions.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nAbility to manage ambiguity and make sound business decisions.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to work independently and within cross-functional teams.\nExperience developing documentation, training materials, and process standards.\nStrong analytical and process-oriented mindset.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience working in supply chain environments utilizing SAP and warehouse management systems.\nExperience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.\nKnowledge of EDI processes and transaction management.\nExperience utilizing HighRadius or similar deduction management tools.\nAccounting or financial reconciliation experience.\nExperience supporting inventory control, master data, and transaction integrity processes.\nDesire to expand expertise in supply chain systems and Order-to-Cash
