For more information on Horizon’s full portfolio of organic dairy products, visit Horizon.com.\nAbout the Job:\nWe are currently looking to hire an Associate Sales Planning Manager to join our Sales Department.\nThe Associate Sales Planning Manager collaborates with teams across the company to drive long-term growth and profitability at Horizon Family Brands (HFB). As a member of our team, you will play an active role in achieving our targets by managing the financial execution of the business plan and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve the strategic priorities for the customers we support along with broader company objectives. The Associate Manager Sales Planning is a key business partner for the sales team. This role supports critical financial and planning processes and works closely cross-functional partners to influence business outcomes.\nThis is a hybrid position with an expectation of 3 days per week on-site in Broomfield, CO, remote work would be considered. \nThis role may be responsible for, but not limited to:\nSales Planning\nLead sales planning activities across grocery, convenience, and food service channels.\nDevelop and maintain short and long-term trade forecasts aligned with customer demand, promotional calendars, and business objectives.\nPartner with Sales and Demand Planning teams to improve forecast accuracy and inventory alignment.\nAnalyze sales trends, customer performance, market conditions, and seasonality to identify risks and opportunities.\nResponsibilities\nSupport monthly forecast cycle and processes for the Grocery and Regional Grocery sales divisions\nEffectively communicate business outlook along with risks and opportunities to finance and sales partners\nInfluence and guide sales teams and other stakeholders to profitable business decisions\nAct as liaison between demand planning team and sales team to drive alignment to volume forecasts\nPartner with sales team to develop customer level plans within the trade management system\nAssist teams in the development of full year plans, Plan Alignment Meetings (PAM), and ongoing annual refinement of forecasts to achieve financial results.\nCollaborate with category commercial sales team, revenue management team, and customer sales team to establish trade targets and support pricing strategies\nSupport ad-hoc requests with thoughtful analysis and actionable insights\nThe base compensation range for this position is $85,000 -
