This individual contributor role combines hands-on technical execution with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless data flow across business applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to support EDI, SAP, and cloud-based integrations, while also contributing to the evolution of AI-enabled business solutions.\nThis is a hybrid position with an expectation of 3 days per week on-site in Broomfield, CO.\n\nThis role may be responsible for, but not limited to:\nProduction Application Integration & Support\nConfigure, support, and maintain integration solutions across SAP ECC, EDI, and middleware platforms\nMonitor and troubleshoot integration flows, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal business disruption\nManage and support EDI transactions, IDOC processing, error handling, and data validation across SAP and middleware systems\nWork cross functionally with development teams, internal, and external partners (UberFreight, 3PLs, Customers) to maintain integrated business operations\nTechnical Business Partner\nSupport building, maintaining, and implementing integration flows, connecting webMethods and SAP BTP Integration Suite to SAP ECC, cloud applications, and other third-party systems\nPartner with business teams to identify areas of integration opportunity that optimize businesses processes and enhance IT impact in organization\nDraft functional and technical specification documents, create source and target mapping documents, and work with development teams to drive successful integration implementation\nSupport and drive SAP BTP integration enhancements opportunities across business operations (i.e. EDI to APIs, file-based integrations, and messaging frameworks to enable reliable data exchange)\nAI & Innovation Support\nContribute to the enablement of AI-powered business applications and workflows\nAssist in integrating AI services with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, data platforms), integrated middleware platforms, and functional business processes\nIdentify areas of AI opportunity and support creating, testing, and validation of AI-driven use cases and prompts\nOperational Excellence\nEnsure reliability, monitoring, and continuous improvement of integration processes\nParticipate in incident management, root cause analysis, and preventive actions\nSupport system upgrades, testing cycles, and deployment activities\n\nThe base compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 commensurate with experience.\nAbout You:\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.\n3-5 years of experience in business systems analysis, application integration, or SAP environments\nHands-on experience with SAP ECC, including IDOCs and basic data structures\nExperience supporting EDI integrations and transaction flows\nFamiliarity with middleware platforms (e.g., webMethods, SAP BTP Integration Suite, or similar)\nBasic understanding of APIs, data formats (XML, JSON), and integration patterns\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nA troubleshooter at heart -
