The final offer for this position will be based on the unique experience and qualifications of the candidate selected.\nThe Oracle Fusion Developer is responsible for the design and development of the Horizon’s Oracle Fusion and WMS environments. This is a hands-on role that collaborates with business stakeholders to deliver support and solutions in support of the business objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nConfigure and customize Oracle Fusion applications\nDevelop technical solutions, reports, interfaces, extensions, and workflows\nPerform data migration using FBDI templates\nProvide technical support and troubleshoot issues\nCreate technical documentation and conduct training sessions\nLeads on the designs, development, coding, testing and debugging software applications/systems to meet the specifications.\nMonitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimization strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of applications\nStay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion and WMS tools and technologies and suggest improvements to enhance system functionality\nWork closely with the project management team to plan and execute Oracle Fusion and WMS related projects\nIdentify and implement automation opportunities to streamline processes and increase efficiency\nAct as a subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion and WMS applications and provide guidance to team members\nPartners and collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver solutions.\nManages design, architecture and build phases aimed at producing high-quality deliverables.\nOwns the software documentation and user manuals. Evaluating and integrating new technologies into existing development practices as well as maintaining, updating, and improving existing software\nManages and participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements.\nCollaborate & lead tech teams consisting of employees & contractors in planning and execution\nAnalyze code to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed\nStay updated with industry trends and best practices related to Oracle Fusion and WMS, and providing make recommendations for implementation\nAdhere to company policies and procedures related to data security and confidentiality\nQualifications\nUnderstanding of business operations in manufacturing, distribution and 1P and 3PL business models\nIdeal individual possesses a unique ability to own both the business logic and the technical implementation, ensuring that system solutions are both technically sound and functionally aligned to business objectives\nProficiency in Oracle Fusion OIC, OTBI, BI Publisher\nStrong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Java, XML, and REST & SOAP APIs\nOracle Cloud Implementation certifications are a plus\nMandatory, 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and/or WMS, including technical and functional responsibilities\nProven experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (SCM, OM, Finance and Demand Planning)\nStrong background in building and supporting customizations\nExposure to Agile delivery frameworks and sprint-based project execution\nA bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, software engineering or equivalent work experience\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical information in non-technical terms\nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task.
