We are currently hiring for an internal Oracle Integration Cloud Developer.\nThis is a full-time position working out of our Champaign, IL location. Working hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. This position reports into our office in Champaign, IL location. Local candidates preferred. However, we may consider hybrid/remote work arrangements.\nTypical pay for this position is $130,000-$140,000 annually. The final offer for this position will be based on the unique experience and qualifications of the candidate selected. This position may also be eligible for a bonus not included in the base pay range.\nThe Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer is responsible to design, build, and operate enterprise integration scenarios that connect Oracle Cloud Applications and third-party platforms. In this role you will own the full integration lifecycle, from analysis and design through development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience with OIC integrations, processes, and visual builder applications, and will combine that with a clear understanding of integration patterns, API management, and Oracle Cloud Applications data models.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and develop integration flows in (OIC) connecting Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP, SCM, OM, Financials, WMS) with on-premises and third-party systems. \nBuild app-driven and scheduled orchestrations, including complex mappings, error handling, and recovery flows.\nConfigure and operate a wide range of OIC adapters (REST, SOAP, FTP, Salesforce, payment platforms, custom). \nDevelop process automation flows using OIC Process Cloud Service for human-centric workflows. \nBuild Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) applications integrated with OIC and Oracle Cloud Applications. \nImplement API management strategies, including security policies, throttling, and developer portals.\nDesign robust error-handling and notification patterns, including retries, escalation, and resubmission workflows. \nOptimize performance of high-volume integrations through batching, parallelism, and asynchronous patterns. \nCollaborate with Oracle Cloud Applications functional teams to align integrations with business processes. \nProvide production support, including incident response and root-cause analysis. \nMaintain comprehensive, current technical documentation including; architecture diagrams, design decisions, configuration references, runbooks, and operational procedures, so that the system remains supportable, auditable, and easy to onboard new engineers onto over time. \nMentor junior developers and contribute to internal integration patterns and standards.\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. \nFive or more years of integration experience, with strong hands-on time in Oracle Integration Cloud. \nSolid experience with Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP, SCM, OM, Financial, WMS) data models and APIs. \nExperience with REST and SOAP web service development. \nWorking knowledge of Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Process Cloud Service. \nFamiliarity with API management concepts and Oracle API Platform. \nStrong scripting skills (Groovy, JavaScript) and SQL. \nExperience with security standards (OAuth2, SAML). \nExcellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.\nPreferred\nOracle Cloud Platform Application Integration certification.\nExperience with Oracle Autonomous Database integration.\nFamiliarity with event-driven integration on OCI.\nExposure to DevOps and CI/CD patterns for OIC content.\nWorking knowledge of related platforms (MuleSoft).\nPhysical Requirements\nOccasional lifting of office supplies and materials, up to 20 pounds.\nAbility to sit or stand for extended periods while working on a computer.\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
