referral-generation initiatives.\nCollaborate with Operations to support lead generation efforts and technician sales training.\nCoordinate and participate in branch and regional sales meetings focused on employee development and sales effectiveness.\nEnsure a smooth transition of newly sold customer accounts to operational teams.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\nMinimum of 5 years of sales management experience.\nProven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.\nStrong leadership, presentation, and customer service skills.\nExcellent relationship-building and team development capabilities.\nEffective negotiation and communication skills.\nStrong organizational and time-management abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities while consistently achieving goals and deadlines.\nSelf-motivated with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.\nProficient
