This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career construction professional to grow into a Project Manager path within a respected, high-performing organization.\nWhat you’ll do - Construction Management\nSupport project planning by reviewing requirements/specifications and helping coordinate schedules.\nHelp manage construction drawings, document control, and permitting workflows.\nAssist with bid solicitation, scope review, and contract document preparation.\nMonitor project schedules and support quality walks/inspections to meet project standards.\nAttend and document project start-up, subcontractor, owner, and progress meetings (agendas, minutes, action items).\nSupport project cost management: budget tracking, buyout support, forecasts, invoices, purchase orders, and change orders.\nWhat you’ll do - Field Operations\nAssist with field quality audits to verify workmanship, materials, and installation standards.\nCreate and help drive punch list completion; track corrections through closeout.\nSupport site safety planning, toolbox communication, and compliance with Horizon and OSHA expectations.\nPartner with the Superintendent to identify and resolve deficiencies, RFIs impacting field work, and potential hazards.\nWhat you’ll do - Project Coordination\nMaintain accurate, current project plans, specifications, and drawing sets (document control).\nTrack and route project documentation: warranties, punch list status, O&M manuals, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.\nPrepare project reports, meeting minutes, agendas, and logs within project management software (e.g., Procore).\nSupport contract processing, compliance documentation, and day-to-day administrative coordination.\nSupport special projects and continuous improvement efforts, as assigned.\nWhat you’ll do - Bid Coordination & Estimating\nSupport bid package development, subcontractor outreach, bid-day coordination, and database/vendor list maintenance.\nAssist with quantity takeoffs, bid leveling, estimate analysis, and subcontractor scope coordination.\nRequirements\nKey skills\nStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.\nAble to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating across project teams.\nProficiency with construction/project management software (Procore preferred) and scheduling tools (Primavera, Microsoft Project), plus Microsoft Office.\nAbility to read and interpret construction documents (plans/specs), perform accurate calculations, and support RFIs/submittals.\nDetail-oriented and deadline-driven in a fast-paced construction environment.\nAdditional requirements\nValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel as needed.\nAbility to work a flexible schedule, including some nights/weekends (typical 50-60 hours during peak periods).\nAbility to lift up to 25 lbs and meet standard physical demands of office and jobsite environments.\nWhy Horizon?\nAward-winning culture -
