Let’s talk about you.\nAs a Salesforce Business Architect, you will operate at the intersection of business consulting, process architecture, and Salesforce solution design. You will lead clients from abstract business vision to structured, implementable requirements, ensuring alignment between business objectives and Salesforce capabilities.\nYou will play a critical role in shaping enterprise-wide process transformations, defining business architectures, and enabling scalable Salesforce programs across multiple clouds.\nThis role requires client-facing consulting professional who combines deep industry understanding, strong process modelling skills (BPMN), and hands-on Salesforce functional expertise to drive measurable business outcomes.\nWhat you’ll do:\nBusiness Architecture & Requirements Engineering\nLead structured discovery and stakeholder workshops to define business objectives, pain points, and transformation opportunities. \nTranslate business intent into capability models, BPMN process architectures, epics, and user stories. \nDefine future-state operating models and end-to-end process designs aligned to Salesforce best practices. \nOwn requirements lifecycle management from ideation to backlog refinement, prioritization, and acceptance criteria. \nEnsure end-to-end traceability from business outcomes to solution design and delivery. \nSalesforce Functional Solutioning\nAdvise on optimal use of Salesforce OOTB capabilities vs. customization, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions. \nPartner with Technical Architects and delivery teams to translate requirements into robust, multi-cloud solutions. \nDrive functional solution design across core Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Data/Revenue/Commerce as applicable). \nEnforce platform best practices, design guardrails, and industry standards. \nOversee functional validation, UAT strategy, and business acceptance to ensure alignment with intended outcomes. \nStrategic Consulting & Roadmap Delivery\nDevelop capability roadmaps, transformation blueprints, and prioritization frameworks aligned to client strategy. \nAdvise on CRM maturity, process optimization, and customer experience transformation. \nDefine business cases and value realization frameworks with clear linkage to KPIs and outcomes. \nSupport target operating model (TOM) definition and governance structures for scalable adoption. \nAccount Growth & Pre-Sales Support\nAct as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, driving value-led conversations and continuous improvement. \nSupport pre-sales, solution shaping, and proposal development with strong functional context. \nContribute to solution narratives and executive storytelling aligned to business outcomes. \nIdentify expansion opportunities, cross-cloud use cases, and process-led transformation initiatives. \nTeam & Practice Enablement\nMentor Business Analysts and Functional Consultants on business architecture, process modelling, and stakeholder engagement. \nContribute to practice assets, accelerators, and delivery frameworks. \nDrive adoption of structured methodologies (BPMN, capability modelling, backlog governance). \nSupport internal enablement on industry trends, Salesforce innovations, and functional patterns. \nWho you are:\nA consulting-led Business Architect with strong domain understanding and executive presence. \nComfortable engaging C-level stakeholders, translating strategy into executable solutions. \nAble to operate across strategy, functional design, and delivery governance. \nStructured, outcome-oriented, and skilled at simplifying complex business problems. \nProactive and entrepreneurial, with a focus on long-term client value and growth. \nWhat you bring:\n8+ years of experience as a Business Architect, Functional Lead, or Senior Consultant in Salesforce or digital transformation programs. \nStrong client-facing experience, leading workshops, stakeholder alignment, and requirements definition. \nExpertise in business process modelling (BPMN) and requirements engineering. \nSolid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and design trade-offs (configuration vs. customization). \nExperience across core Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience; exposure to Commerce/Revenue/Data Cloud is a plus). \nProven delivery of functional artifacts (process maps, capability models, user stories, solution blueprints). \nCandidates with one or more of Salesforce consultant certificates (Sales, Service, Experience, Commerce, Revenue etc) are preferred. \nOur UAE Benefits include:\n22 working days holiday \nComprehensive medical insurance plan for employee and spouse and children \nVisa for employee and spouse and children \nFlexible office times and working from home twice per week \nRemote working from a place of your choice for 2 weeks a year \nFree snacks and drinks in the office \nApplication Tips\nTo help us review your application as smoothly as possible, we recommend submitting a clear, ATS-friendly CV using a simple format and standard headings such as Experience, Skills, and Education.
