You'll own the technical architecture across the Salesforce ecosystem and the systems it connects to, and make sure the solution meets both business and technical requirements.\nThis is a hands-on, player/coach role. You'll guide development teams while taking an active part in technical design, solution reviews and delivery. You'll work across the functional, technical, integration and data workstreams, and explain solution choices clearly to both business and IT stakeholders, in Arabic and English. The role needs strong Salesforce and system integration expertise, and a mindset focused on learning and continuous improvement.\nWhat you'll do\nDesign and own the end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Data Cloud and industry-specific clouds \nWork with business stakeholders and functional leads to turn requirements into scalable technical solutions \nEvaluate and design integration patterns between Salesforce and external systems, using APIs, middleware and event-driven approaches \nMake sure all solutions meet enterprise architecture standards for scalability, security and performance \nGuide development teams through design reviews, best practice and code quality oversight \nDefine API standards and data models, including canonical models, to support a well-architected approach \nSupport pre-sales activity through solutioning, effort estimation and architecture advice \nCreate and maintain technical documentation, including ERDs, sequence diagrams, data mappings and architecture blueprints \nWho you are\nYou have a track record of designing and delivering scalable Salesforce technical architectures \nYou prepare and present the technical design rationale, discuss it with key stakeholders, and drive decisions that provide greater clarity and direction to the team \nYou're comfortable working directly with clients to shape technical solutions around their business goals \nYou're fluent in Arabic (preferred) and English (essential), and can explain complex technical concepts clearly and confidently to business and technical stakeholders in both languages \nYou're skilled at guiding and mentoring developers, and at running code and design reviews \nYou take end-to-end ownership of the architecture, staying hands-on in validating your design and maintaining the Architecture Decision Records throughout the project. \nYou have a deep understanding of Salesforce platform limits, the security model, deployment architecture and performance considerations \nYou have a strong background in integration, including RESTful APIs, middleware platforms, and batch and real-time interfaces \nYou're familiar with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce release strategies \nYou leverage AI tools such as Claude Code across the delivery lifecycle to accelerate design and development, while analysing the impact of changes and ensuring they are safely validated and rolled out. \nYou are able to design data migration strategies across different Salesforce clouds and define mechanisms to validate data accuracy and completeness throughout the migration. \nWhat you bring\nEssential\n8+ years of client-facing consulting experience focused on Salesforce architecture and solution design \n8+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud (Good to have). \nFluent Arabic and English, spoken and written \nBased in, or willing to relocate to, Riyadh or Jeddah \nExperience working in cross-functional project teams to understand requirements and deliver secure, scalable solutions \nStrong system documentation skills (ERDs, process flows, sequence diagrams, etc.) \nProven experience designing scalable integration patterns with external systems \nSalesforce certifications: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, and one or more Salesforce Architect domain certifications (e.g. Application Architect, System Architect) \nExperience with agile methods, including estimation and planning across multi-disciplinary teams \nNice to have\nExperience with event streaming on Kafka / Confluent, including consumer groups, Schema Registry and Avro/JSON serialisation \nExperience with data transformation and mapping, especially from nested JSON and EDIFACT into a canonical relational model \nExperience with Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Field Service or Revenue Cloud \nPrevious delivery experience in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC \nOur KSA benefits include:\n22 days holiday \nComprehensive medical insurance plan for employee and spouse and children \nVisa for employee and spouse and children \nFlexible office times and working from home twice per week \nRemote working from a place of your choice for 2 weeks a year \nApplication Tips\nTo help us review your application as smoothly as possible, we recommend submitting a clear, ATS-friendly CV using a simple format and standard headings such as Experience, Skills, and Education.
