We motivate each other to push past the easy answers and collectively arrive at bigger, more inspiring ideas.\nAbout the role\nWe're looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead based in Saudi Arabia to own the technical delivery of a large-scale, integration-heavy Salesforce programme for a major enterprise client in the Kingdom.\nYou'll work with project stakeholders, including consultants, development leads, business analysts, technical architects, project managers, client teams and third-party vendors. Together you'll analyse requirements and risks, shape solutions, and make sure they get built.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn the technical delivery of Salesforce workstreams, from solution design through development and deployment to go-live \nLead technical discovery and design sessions with the client, turning business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and client-ready technical documentation \nGive project teams and stakeholders guidance on the technical roadmap, architecture and platform \nLead and mentor a team of developers: delegate work, review deliverables, and uphold development quality and coding standards \nOwn the development lifecycle, including technical plans, risks, dependencies, timelines and resourcing \nWork closely with project managers, solution consultants and the client to keep technical delivery aligned with project goals, budgets, timelines and expectations \nAct as the technical bridge between development teams, project leadership and client stakeholders \nDrive agile/Scrum delivery and adjust technical plans as business and project needs change \nMaintain technical documentation, knowledge transfer, code quality and development best practice \nAct as a Salesforce technical adviser and subject-matter expert, supporting solution discussions, business development and complex technical challenges \nKeep up to date with Salesforce platform capabilities, architecture patterns and emerging technologies \nWho you are\nA hands-on Salesforce technology leader with strong experience in solution architecture, design and development \nYou actively drive the adoption of design patterns across integration and Apex-led development, enabling the team to build reusable and scalable components. \nExperienced in building custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, integrations, web services and data migration \nStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture, platform and governor limits, APIs, security, data and integration patterns \nExperienced with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with exposure to Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud and Data Cloud, MuleSoft \nComfortable across the full Salesforce implementation lifecycle, from discovery and architecture through development and deployment \nA strong communicator who can turn complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes \nConfident leading technical discussions with senior client stakeholders and steering them towards the right solution \nComfortable in a fast-paced consulting environment with changing priorities and ambiguity \nA collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring teams while staying hands-on with the technology \nYou leverage AI tools such as Claude Code across the delivery lifecycle to accelerate design and development, while analysing the impact of changes and ensuring they are safely validated and rolled out. \nWhat you bring\nEssential\n10+ years of consulting or technology experience, including 7+ years of Salesforce \nProven experience as a Technical Lead or Technical Architect on enterprise Salesforce implementations \nStrong experience designing and delivering complex Salesforce solutions and integrations with third-party and client systems \nSeveral successful Salesforce implementations delivered with agile/iterative methods \nStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture and the wider CRM ecosystem \nExperience leading technical design sessions, defining deliverables and producing technical documentation \nAbility to turn business requirements into technical solutions and scalable architectures \nStrong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills \nExperience contributing to business development and pre-sales discussions as a Salesforce SME \nActive Salesforce certifications, or willingness to earn relevant ones \nBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills \nBased in, or willing to relocate to, Riyadh or Jeddah, and willing to travel to client sites when needed \nNice to have\nArabic language skills \nHands-on experience with Amadeus Digital Integration Hub (DIH), including its event and data model, topics and schemas \nExperience building on Kafka / Confluent event streaming, including consumer groups, Schema Registry and Avro/JSON serialisation \nExperience integrating with Amadeus Web Services and APIs \nExperience building data transformation and mapping logic, especially from nested JSON and
