Salesforce to lead complex Salesforce transformation programs across multiple clients and projects in the EMEA region.\nThis role is responsible for ensuring that Salesforce engagements deliver measurable business value, predictable delivery outcomes, and strong commercial performance.\nYou will oversee multiple Salesforce programs, mentor Project Managers, and work closely with practice leadership, architects, and client stakeholders to ensure successful program execution and long-term account growth.\nThis role reports to the Salesforce Practice Leader - EMEA and plays a key role in strengthening Horizontal’s consulting-led delivery model.\nWhat You’ll Do\nProgram & Delivery Leadership\nOversee multiple Salesforce transformation programs, ensuring delivery aligns with client objectives, timelines, and contractual commitments. \nEstablish strong program governance, including executive reporting, risk management, and delivery health monitoring. \nEnsure projects consistently deliver tangible business value and customer outcomes, not just technical deliverables. \nLead issue resolution and escalation management for complex or high-visibility programs. \nCommercial & Financial Accountability\nOwn program financial performance including revenue realization, margin protection, and cost management. \nMonitor program budgets and proactively address risks related to scope, timelines, or commercial performance. \nEnsure disciplined change control and scope management across all engagements. \nProvide accurate revenue forecasts and delivery health insights to practice leadership. \nClient Partnership & Strategic Engagement\nAct as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, ensuring programs align with broader business and digital transformation goals. \nIdentify opportunities for account growth, innovation initiatives, and additional Salesforce capabilities. \nSupport sales and pre-sales activities including proposal development, delivery planning, and estimation. \nTeam Leadership & Capability Development\nLead, mentor, and develop Salesforce Project Managers and delivery teams. \nFoster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement within the delivery organization. \nWork with practice leadership to strengthen delivery standards, tools, and governance frameworks. \nDelivery Excellence\nEnsure delivery teams follow best practices across Agile delivery, program governance, and quality assurance. \nPartner with solution architects and functional leaders to align business objectives with technical implementation strategies. \nContinuously improve delivery processes, resource models, and delivery predictability across the practice. \nWho You Are\nA strategic delivery leader who understands that successful programs combine consulting, technology, and business transformation. \nComfortable operating at both executive stakeholder level and program governance level. \nCommercially aware and capable of making program decisions that protect margin while maintaining client trust. \nA strong communicator who can influence stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and drive alignment across teams. \nWhat You Bring\n8+ years of Salesforce consulting delivery experience in a System Integrator or consulting environment managing enterprise digital transformation programs. \nProven experience leading multi-project Salesforce programs across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud. \nStrong understanding of Agile delivery models and enterprise program governance. \nDemonstrated experience managing program financials, forecasts, and commercial outcomes. \nExperience working directly with senior client stakeholders and executive sponsors. \nPrior experience supporting RFPs, estimations, and delivery planning for new opportunities. \nFamiliarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and enterprise delivery governance frameworks. \nRelevant certifications across Salesforce (Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and program management disciplines (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe) are desirable but not essential.\nOur UAE Benefits include:\n22 working days holiday \nComprehensive medical insurance plan for employee and spouse and children \nVisa for employee and spouse and children \nFlexible office times and working from home twice per week \nRemote working from a place of your choice for 2 weeks a year \nFree snacks and drinks in the office \nApplication Tips\nTo help us review your application as smoothly as possible, we recommend submitting a clear, ATS-friendly CV using a simple format and standard headings such as Experience, Skills, and Education.
