Gestalte mit uns die Logistik bei HORNBACH!\nDas sind Deine Aufgaben:\nAssistenz: Du unterstützt die Führungskräfte unseres Logistikzentrums Castrop-Rauxel im Tagesgeschäft und sorgst dafür, dass logistische Abläufe reibungslos funktionieren.\nOrganisation: Du übernimmst administrative Aufgaben, pflegst Kennzahlen und stellst Berichte zur Analyse und Optimierung der Logistikprozesse bereit.\nFührung: Du koordinierst bei Bedarf das Team fachlich und stellst sicher, dass operative Prozesse effizient und zielgerichtet ablaufen.\nDigitalisierung: Du treibst die Weiterentwicklung des Shopfloor-Managements voran und modernisierst administrative Prozesse durch digitale Lösungen.\nProjektarbeit: Du gestaltest unsere standortbezogenen Projekte aktiv mit, strukturierst Aufgaben von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung und steuerst laufende Projekte durch gezieltes Projekttracking.\nDas bringst Du mit:\n Qualifikation: Du hast ein Studium (z.B. BWL, Logistik) oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen und verfügst über erste Berufserfahrung im Logistikumfeld.\nAnalysefähigkeit: Du besitzt ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und arbeitest souverän mit Kennzahlen, PowerBI und Excel.\nIT-Skills: Du bist routiniert in der Anwendung von MS Office und hast Erfahrung in der Nutzung von KI-gestützten Arbeitsmethoden.\nKommunikationsstärke: Du verstehst es mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern professionell und auf Augenhöhe zu kommunizieren.\nEigeninitiative: Du bringst Interesse am Projektmanagement mit, um eigene Projekte am Standort zu übernehmen.\nWir sind gespannt darauf, Dich kennenzulernen.
