Join our crew as a Cook I aboard our scenic passenger vessel and help keep buffet and galley operations running smoothly while guests enjoy unforgettable dining experiences and skyline views.\nWhat You'll Do\nProvide friendly and efficient hospitality to guests and coworkers following our RESPECT service standards.\nMaintain and replenish buffet areas to ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation.\nRotate food properly and monitor freshness standards.\nRead and follow ticketing systems to deliver food accurately.\nPrepare, portion, arrange, and garnish hot and cold food items.\nDeliver food promptly from the galley to dining areas.\nAssist with daily galley cleaning, including equipment, surfaces, and floors.\nFollow food safety, sanitation, and service standards.\nMaintain a professional appearance and support additional duties as assigned.\nWhat We're Looking For\nPrevious kitchen or culinary experience preferred.\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred.\nEnergetic, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.\nAbility to take direction and work well under supervision.\nStrong communication and service skills.\nAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.\nComfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks.\nAbility to lift and move food supplies, containers, and provisions.\nMust meet minimum state age requirements.\nAvailability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.\nThe Experience\nThis is not your typical kitchen role.
