Schedule variations will be communicated in advance.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead, coach, and support front-of-house staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.\nOversee food and beverage service while maintaining quality and guest satisfaction standards.\nTrain and develop team members on exceptional service, cleanliness, and safety practices.\nMonitor sales, inventory, guest feedback, and operational performance.\nResolve guest concerns professionally and ensure a positive experience.\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.\nPartner with management to improve service, performance, and profitability.\nAssist with recruiting and onboarding new team members.\nSupport daily cruise execution and complete additional duties as assigned.\nWhat We're Looking For\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; hospitality-related degree preferred.\nMinimum 2 years of guest service supervisory experience.\nStrong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.\nPassion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.\nSERV Safe and TIPS certifications preferred/required for the role.\nExperience with POS systems and restaurant technology.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic hospitality environment.\nAvailability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.\nThe Experience\nThis isn’t your typical restaurant leadership role. Work aboard a moving vessel while guiding a team that creates unforgettable moments for guests enjoying the city skyline.
