use cases with a focus on agentic workflows, model routing, and memory and context architectures towards Level 5 AI.\nDesign, develop, and implement AI-based workflow solutions.\nIntegrate automations into existing systems and processes.\nSupport all teams in the AI transformation of software development.\nDeliver training sessions, workshops, and onboarding sessions.\nCreate internal documentation, playbooks, tutorials, and best practices.\nAdvise technical teams on the use of AI.\nContribute to AI governance, data protection, compliance, and the responsible use of AI.\nMeasure the impact, adoption, and ROI of implemented automations.\nContinuously improve existing solutions based on feedback and metrics.\nYour Profile\nExperience in analyzing and automating software development processes.\nHands-on experience with AI tools, APIs, enterprise tools, and scripting.\nGood knowledge of Python or a comparable scripting language.\nAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.\nExperience delivering training sessions, workshops, or enablement programs.\nStrong communication and consulting skills.\nA pragmatic, solution-oriented,
