We support Sales teams, platform partners, distributors, and resellers by simplifying commercial processes, improving partner experiences, and enabling seamless business operations across our ecosystem.\nYour Job\nAct as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, customers and product squads.\n\nOwn, structure and continuously improve the product backlog.\n\nPrioritize features, technical improvements, security enhancements and bug fixes based on customer value, business impact, risk and effort.\n\nWrite clear user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria.\n\nCollaborate closely with software engineers, QA engineers, UX/UI designers, Product Managers and customer-facing teams.\n\nParticipate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.\n\nMake timely, well-informed decisions to keep product development moving forward.\n\nEnsure that delivered features meet quality, usability, security and compliance expectations.\n\nContribute to product discovery, roadmap planning and continuous product improvement.\n\nTranslate complex and technical topics into clear product requirements.\n\nMaintain product documentation in line with the software development lifecycle.\n\nUnderstand technical dependencies, APIs, integrations, data flows and architectural constraints.\n\nWork closely with engineering teams to define technically feasible and scalable solutions.\n\nSupport the evaluation and adoption of AI-powered capabilities within our products, always considering security, privacy, reliability and user value.\n\nPartner with customer-facing teams to support product adoption and address customer needs.\n\nYour Profile\nYou have a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a comparable technical field, or equivalent professional experience.\n\nYou have initial professional experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner or in a similar role for B2B or B2C software products.\n\nYou have a solid technical background and are comfortable reading, understanding and discussing software code.\n\nYou have good practical knowledge of Python and understand core concepts such as APIs, databases, testing, version control and software architecture.\n\nYou can collaborate effectively with developers and challenge technical decisions constructively when needed.\n\nYou understand the fundamentals of cloud-based software development and cybersecurity.\n\nYou enjoy solving complex problems in a collaborative and pragmatic way.\n\nYou are highly organized, detail-oriented, autonomous and accountable.\n\nYou are confident in communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nYou are genuinely curious about new technologies and enthusiastic about artificial intelligence, including generative AI, machine learning and AI-assisted software products.\n\nYou are fluent in English, both written and spoken.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience working on sales, billing, cloud or SaaS products.\n\nExperience with AI-powered products, large language models, prompt engineering or AI product discovery.\n\nHands-on experience building prototypes, scripts, automations or integrations with Python.\n\nExperience with REST APIs, SQL, Git, CI/CD or cloud platforms.\n\nExperience using Jira and Confluence.\n\nExperience writing requirements or acceptance criteria using Gherkin syntax.\n\nFamiliarity with Agile and Scrum product development.\n\nFluency in German or French.\n\nYour Benefits\nFree space for innovationand independent actionin a fast-growing international company.\n\nShort decision paths and flat hierarchies in an open work atmosphere.\n\nExtensive Onboarding -
