If you’re ready to create excellence with us, you’ll be appreciated and rewarded.\nWhat you will be doing\nDefine and deliver the annual global Learning & Development plan based on skills gap and training needs analyses.\n\nManage end-to-end delivery of global learning programmes and initiatives.\n\nOversee content vendor performance, SLAs, quality standards, and delivery priorities.\n\nLead LMS governance, content management, data integrity, and learner experience across countries.\n\nCoordinate the deployment and adoption of learning programmes across 12 countries through local L&D teams.\n\nEstablish and support Corporate, Industry, Technology, and AI Academies.\n\nMonitor compliance training completion, programme effectiveness, and key L&D KPIs.\n\nDrive continuous improvement of learning processes, technologies, and learning architecture.\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nA proven track record in Learning & Development programme management and LMS administration.\n\nBachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; postgraduate qualification or MBA preferred.\n\nExcellent skills in stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication.\n\nStrong competencies in project management and HR analytics, with a collaborative approach.\n\nKnowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry.\n\nExcellent command of English, both spoken and written; Spanish will be valued.\n\nExperience managing external vendors, global learning programmes, and multiple stakeholders across countries.\n\nProficiency in LMS platforms, Power BI, and Microsoft Office tools.\n\nEqual opportunities employer\nAs a company, we are committed to equal opportunities, and recruit people based on their competencies and qualifications.
