If you’re ready to create excellence with us, you’ll be appreciated and rewarded.\nWhat you will be doing\nDrive the execution of the global Talent & Development agenda across Talent Management, Performance Management, and related HR initiatives.\n\nFacilitate global talent, succession, and performance processes, ensuring alignment across countries and stakeholders.\n\nDevelop templates, toolkits, playbooks, and governance standards to enable consistent execution worldwide.\n\nPrepare executive presentations, business reviews, briefing materials, and decision-ready recommendations for senior leadership.\n\nManage governance forums, talent councils, and leadership review meetings, ensuring follow-up on actions and deliverables.\n\nLead global performance management campaigns, including communications, tracking, reporting, and issue resolution.\n\nAct as the key support for Talent & Performance systems, partnering with HRIS and IT teams on enhancements and rollouts.\n\nMaintain portfolio dashboards, project trackers, and reporting tools to provide visibility on milestones, risks, and progress.\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nA proven track record, at least 5 years, in HR/Talent project or programme management and multinational cross-functional delivery.\n\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; postgraduate qualification is a plus.\n\nExcellent skills in executive presentation development and data analysis/reporting (PowerPoint, Excel; Power BI is a plus).\n\nStrong competencies in project management and stakeholder influence, with a collaborative approach.\n\nKnowledge of the automotive sector, HORSE Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry.\n\nExcellent command of English, both spoken and written; Spanish and additional languages will be valued.\n\nEqual opportunities employer\nAs a company, we are committed to equal opportunities, and recruit people based on their competencies and qualifications.
