As a Fullstack ShopFloor Engineer, you will bridge between factory automation and enterprise systems by developing scalable Java-based middleware and fullstack solutions. You’ll work with modern technologies to connect production hardware, MES systems, and cloud platforms in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent real world experience as the employer sees as relevant.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT manufacturing systems or similar roles.

• Expertise in factory IT systems like MES (PRIME), SAP modules, PLM (Teamcenter), and data analytics tools like Databricks.

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructures, including on-premise server setups, public cloud platforms (e.g., Azure), and hardware specifications for smooth system operations.

• Familiarity with shopfloor tools like PVS (Production Visualization Screen), PhotoViewer, and Q-DAS.

Your role at Aurobay

As a Fullstack ShopFloor Engineer you will:

• Develop and maintain IT solutions that interface factory systems, hardware, and enterprise software using fullstack and server-side technologies, with a focus on Java for middleware solutions (VD).

• Build and expand modular middleware using Java for connecting factory hardware (e.g., Atlas Copco tools, PLCs, nutrunners, cameras) with enterprise systems like MES, SAP, and Teamcenter.

• Deploy and optimize applications for both public cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and on-premise servers, ensuring compliance with hardware specifications and network dependencies.
