Coordinator\n\nLocation: Ojo, Lagos\n\nEmployment Type: Volunteer\n\nKey duties\n\nMaintain the central task tracker, assigning clear responsibilities and deadlines.\nEnsure that the team works with current, approved documents.\nCoordinate dependencies between sponsorship, marketing, programme and administrative functions.\nIdentify delays and escalate issues to the CEO/Executive Producer.\nTrack the progress of core team members and general volunteers.\nOrganise team meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions and monitor action points.\nCoordinate the master event action plan, timelines and activity schedules.\nMaintain a register of risks, outstanding decisions and operational requirements.\n\nMinimum Academic Qualifications\n\nA bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Project Management, Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, Event Management or another relevant discipline.\nCandidates with an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or equivalent qualification may be considered if they demonstrate strong relevant experience, organisational ability and proficiency in project coordination tools.\n\nRequired experience:\n\nExperience coordinating schedules, tasks, meetings, projects or multiple contributors will be an advantage.\nPreferably 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, event planning, administration, operations or team supervision.\nDemonstrated ability to organise work, follow up on deadlines and maintain accurate records.\n\nExpected deliverables:\n\nA midpoint implementation review by the end of Week 4.\nA master project action tracker within the first 48 hours of commencement.\nAn updated risk and decision register every week.\nA final project status and handover report by the end of Week 8.\nA consolidated two-month planning calendar by the end of Week 1.\nA coordination schedule and clear reporting structure by the end of Week 2.\nWeekly progress reports showing completed tasks, pending actions, risks and next steps.\n\nDesirable competencies:\n\nProject scheduling, task delegation, documentation, problem-solving, teamwork, attention to detail and proficiency with spreadsheets, shared documents and
