Reporting to the Head of IT, you'll lead infrastructure and end-user support activities, ensuring our systems, services, and workplace technology remain secure, reliable, and effective for teams working across multiple international locations. This role combines operational leadership with continuous improvement. You'll work closely with business stakeholders and technology partners, lead and develop the support team, and help shape a modern, secure, and efficient IT environment that supports both day-to-day business operations and major international projects.\nKey responsibilities\nLead the delivery and continuous improvement of corporate IT services\nManage and develop a high-performing support function\nDrive operational excellence across infrastructure, systems, and workplace technology\nContribute to technology, security, and service improvement initiatives\nSupport business projects and collaborate with teams across the organisation\n\nWhat we're looking for\n7+ years' experience in IT infrastructure and support environments\nBachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or a related field.\nBroad technical knowledge across modern enterprise technologies\nExperience leading teams and managing IT service delivery\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong problem-solving and organisational skills\nA practical, collaborative, and service-oriented approach\nFluent in English and French.\nAvailable to travel within France and Europe, with occasional international travel.\nHBS is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace.
