This hybrid role covers the full lead lifecycle: prospecting new accounts outbound, responding fast to inbound interest, and reviving leads that have gone quiet. We want driven, hungry sales professionals keen to make an impact.\nAbout the role\nResearch target accounts and decision-makers in the APAC market, then prospect via cold calling, email or social selling to generate qualified leads.\n\nRespond fast to inbound leads (demo requests, web enquiries, content downloads, event sign-ups) within agreed response times, then qualify quickly to book meetings where there's a fit.\n\nRevive previously interested leads (closed-lost, stalled conversations, past demo attendees, dormant contacts), find what's changed in timing, needs, budget or stakeholders, then tailor your messaging to restart the conversation.\n\nUse CRM notes plus activity history to personalise outreach, avoiding repeat touchpoints.\n\nUnderstand prospects' needs, then communicate our value proposition clearly, whatever the lead source.\n\nBalance daily activity across outbound, inbound, re-engagement pipelines.\n\nRequirements\nB2B SaaS outbound sales experience; inbound exposure an advantage.\n\nProven track record of exceeding targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.\n\nStrong prospecting and cold calling skills, with the ability to build rapport over phone and email.\n\nAble to qualify inbound leads quickly and rekindle cold prospects.\n\nHighly motivated self-starter and team player who juggles multiple lead streams and priorities with ease.\n\nFamiliarity with CRM (e.g., HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft) a plus.\n\nFluent English; a second language advantageous.\n\nWhat we offer\nCompetitive Compensation: We offer competitive pay based on market rates in the country of the applicant.\n\n100% Remote: Enjoy the freedom to work from anywhere within your country of residence-be it a co-working space, your home office, or even your dining room table.
