Come join the journey and help us build something better, together.\nAbout the Role\nAs a Sales Associate at hosting.com, you will be responsible for proactively connecting with existing and prospective customers through outbound calls and other communication channels. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, understand their experiences, collect feedback, and coordinate meetings or appointments with the relevant teams.\nYou will communicate with customers in both English and Bengali, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, manage meeting schedules, and ensure timely follow-ups.\nThis role requires excellent communication and listening skills, strong organizational abilities, and confidence in speaking with customers. Fresh graduates with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-focused mindset are encouraged to apply.\nWhat You'll Do\nMake outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to understand their experiences, gather feedback, and maintain customer engagement. \nCommunicate with customers professionally in both English and Bengali. \nInvite customers to participate in scheduled discussions, consultations, or meetings with relevant teams. \nCoordinate with customers and internal teams to check availability and arrange meetings. \nSchedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage customer appointments using the company's calendar and scheduling tools. \nSend meeting invitations, confirmations, and reminders through email or other communication channels. \nMaintain accurate records of customer conversations, feedback, meeting schedules, and follow-up activities. \nFollow up with customers to ensure scheduled meetings take place and outstanding requests are addressed. \nPrepare and maintain customer engagement reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation. \nWork closely with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and ensure appropriate follow-up. \nMaintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling customer information. \nManage sales leads, maintain accurate lead records, and ensure timely follow-up. \nWork with other sales team members to convert leads into sales. \nPerform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager and management. \nRequirements\nWhat You'll Bring\nA bachelor's degree. \nFreshers are encouraged to apply.
