Role Overview

As our EMEA Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Hosting.com’s growth by attracting and securing exceptional talent across the region. This opportunity is ideal for an accomplished recruiter with 5-7 years of full-cycle EMEA recruitment experience; broader global exposure would be an advantage but is not essential.

Working closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition located in Manila, you will act as a trusted adviser and subject-matter expert to hiring managers and senior stakeholders. You will bring insight, energy and sound judgement to every stage of the recruitment journey, ensuring our hiring practices are consistent, inclusive, and aligned with both our ambitious growth plans and our values.

What You Will Do

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Take ownership of full-cycle recruitment across EMEA, managing roles from initial briefing and proactive sourcing through to offer and successful hire.
  • Support selected global vacancies, working flexibly across different time zones when required to engage candidates and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong, diverse talent pipelines by proactively identifying, approaching and engaging high-quality candidates across multiple markets.
  • Bring energy, pace and determination to every search, finding creative solutions and maintaining momentum even when hiring for complex or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition to translate workforce requirements into focused, effective recruitment plans.
  • Maintain consistently high standards across recruitment workflows, ATS management, candidate documentation, and regional compliance requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, remove bottlenecks, and improve recruitment quality, efficiency and turnaround times.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, developing a clear understanding of their teams, business priorities, and future talent needs.
  • Act as a knowledgeable and credible recruitment partner, constructively challenging requirements and advising stakeholders on role design, candidate profiles, market conditions and selection methods.
  • Lead effective role briefings and help hiring teams create structured, inclusive, and engaging interview processes.
  • Manage expectations transparently, communicate progress proactively and take ownership of driving each recruitment process forward.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People & Culture, Operations, and Marketing and Communications colleagues to strengthen our employer brand and bring the Hosting.com employee experience to life.
  • Embed inclusive hiring practices throughout the recruitment journey, helping us attract talent from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives and experiences.

Candidate Experience and Market Insight

  • Create an exceptional candidate experience at every stage, ensuring each interaction reflects Hosting.com’s values of trust, respect and shared success.
  • Serve as an authentic ambassador for Hosting.com, inspiring candidates through a compelling and honest story about our culture, ambitions and opportunities.
  • Provide timely and thoughtful communication, ensuring candidates remain informed, engaged, and respected throughout the process.
  • Conduct talent mapping and competitor research to identify emerging skills, candidate communities, and market trends.
  • Provide practical insight into talent availability, compensation expectations, and regional hiring conditions to support informed decision-making.
  • Contribute to recruitment campaigns and content that attract exceptional talent and strengthen Hosting.com’s visibility across EMEA and selected global markets.

Requirements

What You Will Bring

  • 5-7 years of hands-on, full-cycle recruitment experience, with strong expertise across EMEA markets. Experience supporting global hiring would be an advantage but is not essential.
  • A successful track record of sourcing, engaging and securing high-quality talent, ideally within technology, SaaS, hosting or another fast-paced digital environment.
  • A positive, driven and solution-focused approach, with the resilience and determination to deliver against ambitious hiring requirements.
  • The confidence to work autonomously, take ownership and make sound decisions, combined with a genuine commitment to collaboration and shared team success.
  • The flexibility to support selected global roles and work across different time zones when business or candidate needs require it.
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills, with the credibility to advise, influence and appropriately challenge hiring managers.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies, markets and competing priorities without compromising quality or candidate experience.
  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and colleagues across different countries and backgrounds.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems, ideally Workable, alongside recruitment data and analytics to monitor progress and improve outcomes.
  • A genuine passion for connecting talented people with meaningful opportunities and building diverse, values-aligned teams.
