Build deep product knowledge across websites, domains, emails, billing, and builder tools. Work alongside AI to solve complex customer issues, fix root causes, and deliver red-carpet experiences.\nStage 2: Mentor → CS Product Expert. Contribute to your team’s growth, through peer-to-peer learning sessions, feedback loops, and knowledge sharing, while continuing to support customers.\nStage 3: CX AI Engineer.
