You redesign workflows, challenge inefficient processes, and shape better ways of working, leveraging AI and automation to support your decisions, strengthen our prevention capabilities, and scale them as Hostinger grows.\nYour day-to-day\nEnsure compliance across our services. Investigate regulatory requests, GDPR, domain disputes (UDRP), and account recovery escalations. Take action based on applicable regulations and internal policies, and close gaps in existing controls and procedures.\n\nInvestigate payment fraud and abuse. Uncover suspicious transactions, fraudulent payment activity, and misuse of our services. Determine the right course of action to protect our customers and business.\n\nBuild prevention into our systems. Connect patterns across compliance, payments, abuse, and account recovery to identify systemic risks and drive changes to detection logic, monitoring tools, and preventive controls that stop threats before they cause harm.\n\nUse AI and automation to amplify your impact. Find opportunities to automate repetitive checks, streamline case reviews, and shape AI-assisted investigation tools that free up your time for complex cases and higher-impact decisions.\n\nWhat will help you succeed\nAt least 1 year of experience in Compliance, Fraud Prevention, Abuse, Risk Management, Trust & Safety, or a related field.\n\nKnowledge of compliance requirements and their practical application: ICANN policies, GDPR, data protection, domain ownership claims, and fraudulent transfers.\n\nStrong analytical and investigative skills, with the ability to connect patterns, identify root causes, and solve complex problems.\n\nHigh curiosity and a continuous learning mindset, actively seeking new perspectives, exploring industry best practices, and questioning existing ways of working.\n\nChallenge assumptions, speak up when something doesn't make sense, and take action to make things better around you.\n\nAlready using AI to build or automate processes in your work.\n\nComfortable with uncertainty and evolving responsibilities, adapting quickly as priorities change.\n\nFluent in Lithuanian and English\n\nNice to have:\nExperience with payment fraud, online abuse, account recovery, or fraud detection systems.\n\nFamiliarity with UDRP, EU consumer protection regulations, or other frameworks relevant to digital services.\n\nKnowledge of international regulatory requirements and compliance practices (example: Brazil).\n\nMeet your team\nFraud never stands still, and neither do we.
