As part of Hostinger's marketing team, you'll be responsible for Hostinger’s Website optimisation and new opportunities. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Websites, Marketing, Design, SEO, and Data analytics teams.\nCurious to learn more? Connect with your team:Vilius Karalius, Team Lead CRO \nor Gabrielė Petkauskė, Head of Websites\nYour day-to-day:\nOptimize Conversion Funnels by analyzing user behavior to pinpoint and eliminate conversion bottlenecks, driving increased sales and engagement.\n\nGenerate hypotheses, set up, manage, and analyze A/B tests on Hostinger's Website.\n\nDrive Data-Informed Decisions: Monitor and interpret performance metrics, translating data into actionable insights.\n\nCollaborate with marketing, design, development, and data teams to improve conversion rates.\n\nResearch user needs and pain points, conduct usability testing to improve user experience.\n\nApply the latest CRO techniques to stay ahead of industry trends.\n\nPrioritize testing opportunities based on potential impact.\n\nReport findings, present insights and next steps to internal teams and stakeholders.\n\nWhat will help you succeed\n2+ years of experience in CRO, ideally in a tech-driven marketing environment.\n\nStrong analytical skills with experience in web analytics and data interpretation.\n\nDeep understanding of A/B testing, UX principles, and user psychology.\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and within the team, manage multiple projects, and drive results.\n\nFamiliarity with performance marketing and paid ads.\n\nProactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to propose and execute test ideas.\n\nMeet your Team\nThe CRO team helps Hostinger make data-driven decisions by turning customer behavior, insights, ideas, and emerging trends into well-designed experiments.
