Over time, you become the finance partner that leadership, the board, and investors rely on.\n\nWhat will help you succeed\nWe care more about mindset than title. You're commercially curious, analytically sharp, and a clear communicator - someone who wants to understand the business, not just report on it.\n\nYou're comfortable with data, can spot when something doesn't add up, and know how to explain what you found in plain language to people who don't live in spreadsheets.\n\nYou work well across teams, pick things up fast, and use AI tools to move quicker - not as a substitute for thinking.\n\n5+ years in FP&A, business partnering, or a similar analytical role.
