Your role at Hostinger
A growing share of Hostinger's business comes from web professionals: agencies, developers, and web pros who build and manage websites for their clients. It's a segment with huge potential, and it needs a leader to build its growth engine.
As Head of B2B Marketing, you'll own marketing for Hostinger's web pro and agency business end-to-end: positioning, demand generation, and the full sales funnel. And here's what makes this role different: We don’t plan to scale B2B the traditional way by hiring rows of sales reps. Instead, we see this role as AI-native: using AI tools and automation to eliminate repetitive, manual work so you can focus on strategy, creativity, and building meaningful customer relationships.
The exciting part is that there isn’t a predefined playbook. We want someone who enjoys experimenting, finding smarter ways of working, and building their own AI-powered workflows. Rather than replicating how large sales teams have traditionally operated, we’re looking to win through a combination of inbound marketing, intelligent automation, and people who love creating better systems.

Your day-to-day
Define and execute the marketing vision, strategy, and roadmap for Hostinger's Agency Hosting business.
Own business outcomes - new billings and new customer targets for the B2B segment.
Design and run the sales funnel on AI automation instead of headcount - lead capture, qualification, nurturing, onboarding, and expansion, with humans stepping in only where they genuinely add value.
Build the inbound engine: content, SEO, partnerships, and community programs that bring agencies to Hostinger at a cost that scales.
Define positioning and messaging for the agency segment: why a web professional should run their client portfolio on Hostinger.
Partner closely with Product, channel teams (paid media, influencers, affiliates, SEO), Design, and Data to deliver results.
Run fast experiments, validate assumptions with data, and know your funnel economics cold - customer acquisition cost, customer lifetime value, and payback period.
Help shape the future of B2B at Hostinger by proving a growth model built on automation, not headcount.
Your expertise and experience
Proven experience growing a B2B business in SaaS, hosting, or another high-volume, self-serve space - you know how to grow this kind of revenue profitably, and why enterprise sales tactics don't transfer.
AI-native. You've personally built automated workflows, AI-driven lead qualification or outreach, content pipelines, or funnel automations that replaced manual work. In the interview, we'll ask you to show us, not tell us.
Strong track record building inbound demand - through content, SEO, product-led motions, or community, not just paid budget.
Hands-on builder mentality combined with the leadership skills to grow a team once the model is proven.
Strong command of funnel metrics and unit economics, with data-driven decision-making.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Excellent communication skills in English.

Compensation
Salary starting from €8,000 gross/month, depending on your experience and skills.
