Your day-to-day
Fix tracking end-to-end. Bad attribution data is quietly driving bad marketing decisions, and we need numbers people can act on with confidence.
Decide where the function invests - across engineering, governance, analytics, and product analytics, prioritize what gets built, staffed, and tackled first, and what waits, as Hostinger scales.
Push beyond the obvious questions - carve out space for open-ended data science exploration, not just answering the question someone already asked.
Own data quality as a discipline - build the checks and standards that catch bad data before it reaches your internal customers (data users), so 'trustworthy' isn't just a claim, it's built in.
Make the company better with data, not just your team - build the literacy and self-service tools so other teams can find answers on their own, not just wait on yours
What Hell Yes looks like after year one
Data in reporting no one questions. Marketing spend steered by verified CAC. Anomalies caught by your alerts, not by the executives. Business units pulling on your team instead of routing around it, and answering their own routine questions without you.
Your skills and experience
Operated at millions-of-customers scale in a subscription, consumer, or high-volume product business, with data impact you can quantify in revenue or decisions changed, not dashboards shipped.
Strong technical background across both data engineering and analytics - you've built and worked with data pipelines as well as done hands-on analytical work, so you understand the full data lifecycle and can lead credibly across the whole function.
A track record of building high-performing teams - you've hired, developed, and grown data talent, and know how to turn a group of individual contributors into a function that delivers.
Judgment under scarcity - you know how to balance quick wins with long-term foundations like governance and infrastructure, and can make the call on what to prioritize when everything feels urgent.
A strategic, results-driven mindset - you connect data work to real business impact, not just dashboards or analysis for their own sake, and know how to influence decisions across the business, including with senior leadership.
Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.
You are not
A platform-only engineer who treats analytics as someone else's job, or an analytics leader who has never run engineering. This role is the full lifecycle.

Compensation
Gross salary from 9000 EUR/month, depending on your experience and skills.
