Meet your future Team Lead:Rugilė Stonkutė, Infrastructure Monitoring Manager\nYour day-to-day\nWatching over one of the largest hosting infrastructures out there - servers, network, DNS, storage - and reacting when something looks off.\n\nTriaging alerts: figuring out whether it's hardware, network, or something further up the stack, then fixing it or handing it to the right people.\n\nRunning remote hardware procedures with data center technicians across the world.\n\nKilling the noise - tuning alerts that cry wolf, documenting the ones that keep coming back.\n\nHandover with our Infrastructure Monitoring team in Indonesia, so the coverage never has gaps.\n\nWhat will help you succeed\nYou're comfortable in the Linux command line - you don't need to have it all memorized, but ssh, logs, and basic troubleshooting shouldn't scare you.\n\nA home lab, in any form - a Raspberry Pi, an old laptop running Proxmox, a self-hosted Pi-hole, a Minecraft server for your friends. We don't care how tidy it is; we care that you've broken something and fixed it on your own time.\n\nA basic grasp of how networking and DNS actually work.\n\nYou stay calm when things break, and you ask instead of guessing.\n\nEnglish good enough for daily written and spoken work with a distributed team.\n\nYou're okay with shift rotation after probation (9am-6pm / 5pm-2am).\n\nYou write things down - the next person on shift depends on it.\n\nMeet your team\nYou'll work most closely with a small group split between Kaunas and Vilnius, from Juniors to Seniors, plus our counterpart team in Indonesia that carries the coverage when we sign off.
