Meet your future Team Lead:Auksė Žirgulė, VP of Product\nYour day-to-day\nOwn core parts of Hostinger’s innovative online presence products from concept to launching working applications\n\nIdentify and solve the biggest customers problems\n\nScope and prioritize product initiatives, translate user needs into clear, well-scoped product requirements\n\nConduct client interviews, analyze product data to understand user behaviour and business impact\n\nWork closely with design and engineering to deliver intuitive and powerful product experiences\n\nGet hands-on: build and test prototypes yourself, rather than just briefing others\n\nMonitor customer feedback, community discussions and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for improvement\n\nNavigate ambiguity comfortably - our products and team structure are actively evolving, and priorities shift as we learn\n\nStay up to date with AI, developer tooling, and no-code trends to keep Hostinger at the frontier\n\nWhat will help you succeed\n5+ years of overall product experience with a strong product management track record (experience in product design or data/business analytics are very welcome)\n\nHave previously launched or owned at least two products end-to-end\n\nDigital B2C product experience\n\nStrong data mindset - comfortable working with data and analytics to drive decisions\n\nThrive in a dynamic, always changing environment\n\nStrong sense of ownership - you are the person who drives things forward proactively rather than waiting to be guided\n\nComfortable working with international teams and users (experience with products serving markets beyond your home country is a big plus)\n\nExperience building applied AI products would be an advantage\n\nFluent English language skills\n\nMeet your team\nYou'll be joining a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and AI specialists.
