In this role, you'll collaborate closely with country managers across the globe, the brand team, affiliates, as well as external PR agencies, media outlets, and, in some cases, our brand ambassadors - influencers.\nCurious to learn more? Meet your future Team Lead:Gabrielė Račaitytė-Krasauskė, Global PR Team Lead\nYour day-to-day\nDraft and distribute press releases for product launches, company milestones, and major announcements\n\nWrite and pitch op-eds and thought-leadership pieces that position Hostinger's leadership as authoritative voices on AI and tech\n\nMonitor the news cycle daily to spot newsjacking opportunities and move fast to get Hostinger's perspective into relevant stories\n\nScout and secure speaking slots, panel seats, and podcast appearances at international conferences and industry shows\n\nBuild and manage relationships with PR agencies across multiple regions, coordinating messaging and campaigns globally\n\nPartner closely with in-house teams (marketing, product, comms) to keep PR aligned with company priorities and product roadmap\n\nIdentify and cultivate relationships with top-tier journalists, editors, and media outlets covering tech, business, and AI\n\nTrack coverage and media placements, reporting on what's landing and where to double down\n\nContinuously map which AI and tech conversations matter most for the company's positioning as an AI-first brand\n\nWhat will help you succeed\n4+ years of PR experience, with a track record of working on international or global campaigns\n\nSharp news instincts - you can spot a relevant story breaking and know how to act on it before the window closes\n\nStrong grasp of the AI and tech landscape, and a feel for what's genuinely newsworthy versus noise\n\nA proactive mindset that goes beyond digital PR - comfortable pitching press, pursuing speaking opportunities, and building relationships the old-fashioned way\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write compellingly for media and adapt tone across formats\n\nComfortable managing multiple stakeholders - external agencies across different markets and internal teams - and keeping everyone aligned\n\nSelf-starter energy: you don't wait for opportunities, you go find them\n\nMeet the team\nHostinger's Global PR team owns one job: establishing Hostinger as an AI-first company.
