Connect with your future lead:Asta Dagienė, Head of Delivery\nYour day-to-day:\nShape and drive Hostinger's QA strategy, introducing AI-powered testing tools, methodologies, and best practices across engineering teams.\n\nExperiment with and implement AI agents for test generation, execution, maintenance, and failure analysis.\n\nHelp QA engineers transition toward AI-assisted workflows by developing their skills in agent orchestration and validation.\n\nEstablish quality standards and metrics to ensure reliable, efficient, and consistent testing across Hostinger's products.\n\nCollaborate with Engineering, Product, AI, and DevOps teams to integrate modern testing solutions into CI/CD pipelines.\n\nDrive continuous improvement, encourage innovation, and turn new ideas into scalable QA practices.\n\nWhat will help you succeed\n5+ years in quality engineering spanning strategy and automation, with a track record of driving change across teams and a clear point of view on how agentic workflows will transform QA.\n\nHands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar) and programming languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript and Python.\n\nSolid understanding of testing strategies, including unit, integration, API, and end-to-end testing, as well as test reliability and automation best practices.\n\nHands-on experience using AI tools and agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, MCP, or similar) to improve QA workflows, with the ability to demonstrate practical applications, validate AI-generated results, and measure their impact.\n\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, scripting, and quality metrics.\n\nStrong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence teams and drive change.\n\nProactive, curious, and adaptable mindset, with a passion for experimenting with emerging technologies.\n\nBenefits you'll love\n360° Growth: You'll never stop learning here.
