As Web Designer you'll own the end-to-end experience of our web pages and purchase flows: how people discover products, understand what we offer, and move from curiosity to conversion. You'll be designing those experiences, not just reacting to them.\nYour day-to-day\nOwn the design of website and landing page experiences seen by millions of visitors.\n\nCraft conversion-focused flows that feel clear and trustworthy.\n\nWork closely with marketers, PMs, and engineers in a cross-functional team, from concepts through to shipped pages.\n\nUse AI tools to move faster: prototype more ideas, test more hypotheses, and generate variants at scale.\n\nIterate based on data: monitor performance after launch, run A/B tests, and keep improving.\n\nRun and synthesise user research and usability testing to understand what makes visitors hesitate and why.\n\nBe autonomous and initiative: pitch your ideas, take ownership to improve working processes and outcomes, innovate on brand display.\n\nWhat will help you succeed\nYou have a 3+ years experience as UI/UX designer.\n\nGeneralist mindset: you're comfortable with research, interaction design, and visual craft without needing to specialise in just one.\n\nYou can collaborate with different skillset specialists like copywriters, graphic designers, product designers, developers, QA specialists, etc.\n\nYou use AI tools in your daily workflow: whether that's speeding up exploration, generating variants, or synthesising research faster.\n\nComfortable with HTML/CSS basics, enough to prototype in browser and collaborate with engineers.\n\nStrong communication skills: you can present decisions, take feedback, and push back when needed.\n\nFamiliar with analytics and testing tools (Amplitude, Hotjar, or similar).\n\nA portfolio showing real work: process, thinking, and outcomes, not just polished screens.\n\nBenefits you'll love\n360° Growth: You'll never stop learning here.
