For more information, visit https://www.bitdefender.com\nRole Summary\nThe Salesforce Developer (Mid-Senior) designs, builds, and maintains scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Partner/Experience Cloud. This role is hands-on and delivery-focused, contributing high-quality code and configurations while collaborating closely with the Salesforce Technical Lead, Admins, Business Analysts, and QA.The developer is expected to work independently on moderately complex features, follow established architectural and DevOps standards, and continuously improve solution quality and performance.\nKey Responsibilities\nSolution Development\nDesign and implement Salesforce solutions based on functional and technical specifications.\nDevelop Apex classes, triggers, LWCs, Flows, and validation logic following best practices.\nImplement secure and scalable data models, automation, and UI components.\nCode Quality & Standards\nProduce clean, maintainable, and testable code aligned with platform and COE standards.\nWrite unit tests and ensure adequate test coverage for all custom development.\nParticipate in code reviews and incorporate feedback from the Technical Lead and peers.\nDevOps & Release Management\nWork within established CI/CD pipelines (Gearset, Bitbucket pipelines, Bamboo or similar Git-based workflows).\nFollow version control and branching strategies; support deployment activities across environments.\nAssist with release validation, hotfixes, and rollback procedures when required.\nCollaboration & Delivery\nCollaborate with Business Analysts to clarify requirements and assess technical feasibility.\nWork closely with Salesforce Admins to ensure proper balance between configuration and code.\nPartner with QA to support testing, bug fixes, and regression validation.\nOperational Support\nInvestigate and resolve production issues with appropriate root cause analysis.\nContribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives, refactoring, and technical debt reduction.\nRequired Qualifications\nTechnical Skills\n3-6 years of Salesforce development experience.\nStrong hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.\nSolid understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing, and data access patterns.\nExperience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.\nFamiliarity with DevOps tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based version control.\nProfessional Competencies\nAbility to work independently on assigned tasks with minimal supervision.\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nClear written and verbal communication in a cross-functional environment.\nComfortable working in an agile/Scrum delivery
