This position involves managing a high-volume call center, greeting visitors, and supporting various administrative functions across departments.\nThis role operates onsite and will require to work from our HQ located in the City of Industry, CA 5 days a week.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nOperate Zoom computerized phone system and answer all incoming calls\nRelay incoming and inter-company calls promptly and professionally\nGreet office visitors and monitor visitor log \nMaintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (employee badges, intercom system) \nUpdate calendars and schedule meetings\nGenerate HQ name tags/badges as needed \nAssist in UPS including but not limited to receiving, sorting and delivering packages \nAssist the travel department with arranging travel and accommodations \nAssist the relocation department with relocating employees \nAssist with various office/clerical duties as needed \nMeets deadlines, prioritizes appropriately, copes well with change, and maintains composure under pressure \nPerform other job duties as needed \nWHAT YOU’LL NEED\nHigh School or equivalent\n1-2 years’ work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role\nBilingual a plus\nA dedication to meeting requirements of internal and external customers, responding to all customer requests promptly and thoroughly\nStrong communication skills include the ability to work in a team environment, give honest, direct feedback, and a solid verbal and written communicator\nCompetency in computer applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Canva\nExperience with administrative and clerical procedures\nRegularly required to sit, stand, bend, and lift/move up to 10 pounds.
