For more information, visit www.hotel101global.com. \nJob Summary:\nResponsibilities\nProject Management\nManage IT projects from initiation to closure, including requirements gathering, vendor coordination, UAT, and post-implementation review\nMaintain project documentation, timelines, and status updates; escalate risks to management as needed\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders across departments to align IT deliverables with business needs\nHandle multiple concurrent projects independently\nSystems & Infrastructure Administration\nAdminister technology systems end-to-end, ensuring all platforms are configured, maintained, and running to standard\nManage on-site network infrastructure, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting to maintain uptime\nOwn system upgrades, new property rollouts, and third-party integrations from setup through go-live\nMaintain accurate asset registers, network diagrams, and infrastructure/system documentation\nEnsure compliance requirements for payment workflows are met; coordinate with Finance and relevant providers, validating workflows before deployment\nProactively monitor guest-facing and back-office systems, resolving issues before they impact operations\nVendor Management\nManage relationships with IT vendors and service providers; monitor SLAs and handle escalations\nEvaluate new vendors and prepare recommendations for management review\nTrack IT expenditure and flag budget variances\nHelpdesk & End-User Support\nProvide first-line IT support to all staff;
