Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operation of all F&B outlets (Restaurant / Bar / Breakfast / Room Service)
  • Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Ensure service excellence in line with 5* standards and brand guidelines
  • Manage ordering, inventory, supplier coordination, and stock control
  • Monitor and control food & beverage costs, budgets, and departmental KPIs
  • Create staff schedules and ensure proper staffing across all shifts
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Management on menu planning, wine list, and promotions
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards (HACCP)
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a 4* or 5* hotel or luxury hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent communication
  • Fluency in English (additional languages will be considered a plus)
  • Solid knowledge of F&B cost control and operational procedures
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
  • Professional appearance and strong guest-oriented mindset
