Documentation: Preparing and presenting regular reports to senior management, including financial reports, performance metrics, and operational updates.\n\nPrerequisites:\n\nThe ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:\n\nProven experience in hotel management, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.\n\nStrong leadership and team management skills.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.\n\nFinancial acumen and experience with budget management.\n\nExceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.\n\nKnowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices.\n\nAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.\n\nA passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.\n\nLeading by example.\n\nEducation: \n\nProven experience in hotel operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role, preferably within the Rooms Division or Front Office\n\nProfessional certifications in hotel management or related disciplines are a plus.\n\nExcellent Knowledge of English.\n\nProficiency in hotel management software & PMS Systems (Webhotelier, HART, Hotelizer, Protel, Pylon) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
