Requirements

The role

This is an entry-level commercial role (0-2 years experience) focused on generating new business through high-volume outreach, qualifying leads, and creating opportunities for our senior sales team.

You will:

• Conduct high-volume outbound calling to hotel prospects in DACH region
• Perform additional outreach via email and LinkedIn
• Qualify inbound leads and book discovery calls/demos
• Clearly communicate the Hotelchamp value proposition
• Build, maintain, and update lead lists
• Manage CRM records (HubSpot/Salesforce/Pipedrive)
• Support market research to identify new opportunities
• Meet weekly and monthly activity targets (calls, emails, meetings booked)

What we are looking for:

• 0-2 years of experience in sales or commercial roles
• Comfortable with high-volume calling and fast-paced outreach
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confident, energetic, and proactive on the phone

• Fluent English and German

• Motivated, coachable, structured, and target-driven
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
• Experience in a SaaS company is a big plus
• Based in Amsterdam (hybrid working)
