Minimum 5 years' experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in 5* Lodge Must have extensive and strong high-end fine-dining background Diploma in Food Preparation & Culinary Arts Strong leadership, staff training, mentoring, and team development skills Excellent guest relations and communication abilities Experience with budgeting, forecasting, stock control, and financial management Proven menu development and culinary innovation experience Knowledge of stock management systems Computer literacy (MS Outlook, Word & Excel) Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays ? Key Responsibilities ? ? Lead and manage all kitchen operations ? Develop seasonal and special event menus ? Maintain food quality, consistency, and luxury presentation standards ? Manage budgets, profit & loss, stock control, and inventories ? Ensure exceptional hygiene and food safety standards ? Minimize wastage and maximize departmental profitability ?
