infrastructure\n\nLead the end-to-end delivery of complex backend projects-from technical design through deployment, monitoring, and iteration\n\nWrite high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code with a strong focus on fault tolerance and system reliability\n\nDrive architectural decisions and contribute to the long-term engineering roadmap\n\nCollaborate with Product Managers, Operations, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions\n\nChampion operational excellence, including performance tuning, incident management, and root cause analysis\n\nMentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews and technical deep dives, and promote a culture of engineering excellence and knowledge sharing\n\nSkills and Attributes for Success:\n\nStrong proficiency in Java or Golang\n\nExperience designing and building distributed systems at scale\n\nHands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, AWS Media services experience is a plus), messaging systems (e.g., Kafka), and CI/CD pipelines\n\nProven ability to work autonomously in fast-paced environments, manage priorities, and deliver high-impact results\n\nPassion for mentoring and growing fellow engineers\n\nInterest in advertising technologies and optimizing systems for user and business outcomes\n\nSkills and Attributes for
