hybrid schedule and will require to work from our HQ located in the City of Industry, CA three days a week.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nSupport the annual budget, forecasts, and monthly financial planning and reporting.\nPrepare and maintain financial models, reports, and supporting schedules.\nAnalyze monthly results and explain key variances versus budget, forecast, and prior year.\nWork with Accounting during month-end close to review actuals, accruals, reclasses, and other financial activity.\nPrepare monthly reporting and presentations for management.\nWork with business partners to understand spending, business trends, risks, and opportunities.\nHelp maintain recurring reports and ensure financial information is accurate and complete.\nWork with financial and operational data from different systems to support analysis and reporting.\nLook for opportunities to simplify, improve, and automate existing reports and processes.\nSupport ad hoc financial analysis and other projects as needed.\nWHAT YOU'LL NEED\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred.\n2-3 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis.\nStrong Excel skills and experience building and maintaining financial models.\nSolid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nComfortable working both independently and as part of a team.\nExperience in retail or another multi-location business.\nExperience with enterprise planning/reporting systems such as Oracle.\nInterest in leveraging AI and automation to improve financial analysis, reporting and processes.\nExperience working with BI and data visualization
