This role partners closely with cross-functional leaders and reports directly to the Tax Director, playing a key role in ensuring accurate reporting, tax compliance, and strategic tax support for the organization.\n**This is an onsite opportunity. Ideal candidate will have Income Tax Provision experience and Partnership & Corporate Tax experience***\nDuties / Responsibilities:\nManage federal and state Income Tax compliance, including the preparation, review and filing of required returns.\nPrepare and oversee income tax accounting for the company’s legal entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.\nEvaluate, design, and implement company processes and internal controls to strengthen compliance, reporting and operational efficiency.\nPrepare and maintain monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the company’s Parent organization.\nManage federal and state income tax Audits, serving as the primary point of contact with taxing authorities.\nEnsure company-wide adherence to established tax policies, regulations and procedures.\nCollaborate with leadership to identify, scope and lead ad-hoc strategic and special projects.\nCoordinate and respond to data requests from outside auditors and accounting firms.\nProvide data-driven analysis and insights to support strategic initiatives and ongoing tax and finance operations.\nPerform other duties as assigned by the Tax Director.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
